While these companies are experimenting with various DPC use cases within the create-make-sell lifecycle, maturity and realized business value varies widely. In Kalypso’s 4th Annual Retail Digital Adoption Research (in cooperation with PI Apparel and Indiana University), we surveyed over 40 retailers and brands with a goal of creating an aggregate picture of industry maturity – both current and future state.
